Lease includes access to horse and schooling tack that will fit assigned equine. Horse and tack must stay at Herrold Stables, LLC and be kept in clean working condition. Any broken or lost tack or horse equipment must be replaced by leaser. Leaser has 2-hour access to equine on scheduled days. Lesser must be in weekly lesson program with leased horse. Standard (teeth float, vaccines, worming) medical attention is responsibility of owner. All food and boarding of equine is the responsibility of owner. Leaser is not to remove equine from Herrold Stables property without consent of owner. Horse to be used for flat arena work at the walk, trot, and some canter. No jumping, gaming, or endurance activities. Any extra medical expenses required while under leaser care will be responsibility of leaser. Farrier expenses for leased equine will be responsibility of leaser. Horse farrier trims required approximately every 6 weeks at $65/trim.
